A Royal Worcester Blush-Ivory Porcelain Comport Titled "Africa".
A Royal Worcester blush-ivory ground porcelain comport, shape number (1)248, which is listed in Henry Sandons Royal Worcester 1862 to the present book as "Girl Comport, Africa", and given the designation of rare.
Standing approximately 7"tall x 6.1/2"wide x 7"deep, it has the puce factory stamp for 1889 and is in very good condition with no damage, crazing or restoration and the gilding shows only very slight wear.

An Excellent Grainger's Royal Worcester Reticulated Lidded Vase.
A lovely quality Grainger's Royal Worcester reticulated vase and lid, shape number G565, raised on triform base with hoof feet. Standing approximately 6.1/4"high overall x 3.1/4"diameter and dating to the period 1889-1902, it is in excellent condition with no damage or restoration, and the gilding is virtually without wear. The mark visible on the side of the finial in pictures 1 and 2 is not damage, and appears to be a small touch of gilding original in the manufacture.

A Victorian Silver And Hardstone Bookmark, Birmingham 1887.
A very attractive, Victorian silver and inset hardstone (I'm advised that these are probably blue agate, although they look blue/grey to me) bookmark in the form of a trowel. Measuring approximately 3.1/4"long x 3/4"wide x 3/8"deep, it has well struck, clear hallmarks for Birmingham 1887 by Miller Bros. and is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs, and the blade is true and flat.

Rich, Alfred William. NEAC. 1856-1921.
Watercolour "On The Canal, Rickmansworth", signed bottom right and with artist's label verso. Overall size 26.1/2" wide x 22" high. Image size 15" wide x 10.1/2" high.

Painter of landscape watercolours, Rich studied at the Westminster School of Art and at the Slade School, being much influenced by Peter de Wint. He exhibited at the New English Art Club from 1896, and became a successful teacher in his own right, having his book "Watercolour Painting" published in 1918. He was born in Gravely, Sussex, and lived in London and Croydon, painting in many parts of Britain, but especially Sussex, and died whilst taking students on a sketching tour to Tewkesbury.

A very nice quality Royal Worcester cabinet vase with long slender flared neck, and finely painted with ripe peaches, black grapes, red cherries and blossom sprays on an ivory ground by William Ricketts. Standing 9" tall and with puce factory stamp for 1919, it is in excellent condition with no rubbing to the gilding, damage or restoration.

An elegant Royal Worcester pedestal cabinet vase, with slender tapering flared neck, and finely painted with a pair of pheasants on the ground in a wooded landscape, and another in flight. Frank Henry Mason, 1876-1965 RI, RBA. Visual image 10.3/4" x 8", Frame size 20.1/2" x 17.1/4".
A watercolour titled "American 7 Masted Schooner" by Frank Henry Mason, RI. RBA 1876-1965, signed bottom right, the colours still fresh and unfaded with no foxing.
Mason, born in County Durham, was a marine painter and watercolourist, and also etched and illustrated. Exhibited at the RA, and in 1973 an exhibition of his work was held at the National Maritime Museum.

Standing approximately 4.3/4"overall height x 3.1/2"wide over the spout and handle, it has the black factory stamp and was bought from the Royal Worcester factory shop in 1994, since when It has spent all its life behind glass in a display cabinet and is therefore in excellent condition, virtually as good as the day it left the factory.

Standing approximately 9.1/4"tall to the top of the lid x 3.3/4"diameter, it has the black factory stamp for 1903/1904 and is in excellent condition with no damage, crazing or restoration, and the gilding is still bright and shows very little sign of wear.

Measuring approximately 14.1/4"overall height x 9"wide over the handles, it has the black factory stamp for post 1985 and is in excellent condition with no damage, crazing or restoration and the gilding is bright and virtually without wear.
Apologies for the white spots showing on some of the fruit. These are only reflections from the lighting and do not exist.

A Silver-Gilt Combined Ruby Red Scent Bottle/Vinaigrette By SAMPSON MORDAN.
A fine example of a rare Victorian combined ruby red scent bottle with integral vinaigrette, by the very highly regarded SAMPSON MORDAN. The sprung, push-button top which is engraved with a monogram, closes to a tight seal to the inner glass rim. The vinaigrette is integral with the base, and is complete with a hinged lid and its decoratively pierced grille.
Measuring approximately 3.7/8"long x 1.3/8"wide x 7/8"deep, it has full hallmarks for London 1866 to the collar and the base, while the sprung lid and the grille have partial corresponding hallmarks. It is in excellent condition with the lid closing tightly and evenly, the sprung-button release is in very good working order, and all the hinges and covers are intact and in very good condition. There is no damage or scratching to the glass body, and the silver gilt is virtually without wear. All in all, a lovely example.

An 18th Century Worcester Deep Saucer.
An 18th century Worcester deep saucer with underglaze blue and white transfer printed "Fence" pattern decoration.
Measuring approximately 4.1/8"diameter x 7/8"deep, it has the hatched crescent factory mark and dates to circa 1975 and is in good condition with no damage or restoration. For total accuracy it has a 1mm flake to the inside of the rim which can just be seen at about 20 minutes past the hour in picture number 1 as a tiny white dot in the blue decoration. It appears to be glazed over, so could well be in the original making.
