An Edwardian Silver "Fox" Pin Cushion, Birmingham 1905 by L&S.
A quite rare, Edwardian silver pin cushion in the form of a standing fox.
Measuring approximately 2.1/2"long x 1.1/8"high, it is hallmarked for Birmingham 1905 by the specialist makers Levi & Salomen and is in very good condition with no damage, splits or solder repairs. The red cushion covering although old and worn is still serviceable, and appears to have been on the fox for most of its life.

A Silver "Hedgehog" Pin Cushion, Birmingham 1904.
An appealing silver pincushion in the form of a hedgehog.
Measuring approximately 1.3/4"long x 1"tall x 7/8"wide, it has full hallmarks for Birmingham 1904 by Levi & Salomen and is in good condition with no damage, splits or solder repairs. It has a slight depression to a small area of one side, not deep enough to call a dent, and apologies for the poor picture of the hallmarks as they are small and in a difficult place to capture clearly, but they are all there and easily read with a loupe.

A rare and lovely quality pair of solid silver novelty salt and pepper pots in the form of a pair of scavenging cats on dustbins.
They measure approximately 2.3/4" and 3.1/4"overall height and have the full Millenium hallmarks for London 2000 by Aspreys of London. As is to be expected from Aspreys, the quality of their manufacture is superb feeling substantial and solid in the hand; this and their rarity will ensure that they are always keenly sought after. A quite rare and very appealing, Edwardian cast solid silver salt or pepper pot in the form of a sad looking teddy bear.
Measuring approximately 1.3/4"tall x 1.1/8"wide x 1"deep, it has clear well struck hallmarks to the body for Birmingham 1910 by Crisford and Norris and corresponding partial marks to the pull-off head. It is in very good condition with no damage, dents or solder repairs, the pull-off head fits snugly and securely and the detailing of the fur of the body is well defined and without significant wear.

Measuring approximately 2.1/4"long x 7/8"wide x 1.1/4"tall, it retains its original cushion which shows some wear but still has plenty of life left in it, is in very good condition with no repairs or dents, the feather decoration to the body is still crisp and the hallmarks are clear and legible with only the makers mark less well struck.

A Rare Edwardian "Bear" Pin Cushion, Birmingham 1909.
A rare and very appealing Edwardian silver pin cushion in the form of a bear with articulated arms and legs.
Measuring approximately 2.1/2"tall x 1"wide x 1"deep, it has very well struck and clear hallmarks for Birmingham 1909 by H. V. Pithey & Co and is in lovely condition with no damage, dents, splits or solder repairs and the fur texturing of the body and arms is still clear and well defined. The gold plush of the cushion may be an old replacement, but has certainly been with it for a long time and shows a nice degree of use and wear.
